I like the product. However, I sent a couple of emails asking to discontinue my membership. I didn’t hear back. Please confirm.

I have knees that need to be replaced and just want to make them last at least two to three years if possible. Well, I saw a guy on Youtube called Cooksey Media who was pushing this stuff, so I figured to give it a try. Well, I gotta say, that I am completely blown away at how much this stuff has helped me and it has been a game changer for me. I ride / race dirt bikes and have a really brutal 40 mile training loop that I have and the Nano X has made it to where I can ride with aggression and not having to deal with so much pain like I was. That is huge for me. Plus I can hike comfortably without my knees killing me through the hike. I just received an order from you I put in and you also sent me a pump bottle of Nano X with my order for free! That was really cool and appreciate that big time! This stuff works better than all the other ones I have tried I’ve been using on my knees, my shoulders, and my neck and my back it makes my days bearable 👍👍 thank you
