I'm 62 years old, have been doing construction since I was kid working with my dad and brothers. Being a stone mason you'd think my back and shoulders would be gone lifting and bending my whole life but it's my knees. They started hurting a lot a few years ago. I started using this product about a week ago after hearing about it from a YouTube video. The videos are about riding dirt bikes which I've also been doing since I was a kid. My knees aren't magically "better" after a week of using some pain relief cream, I'll need replacements at some point but I can tell you my knees definitely feel better than a week ago. Using this product has definitely taken the edge off the pain. I feel less pain first thing in the morning and surprisingly they feel much better after a long drive. Having more flexibility and movement has brought on more pain in my leg muscles because I'm able to actually use them. I'm hoping after a few months I'll gain some strength back in my legs and feel even better. NanoXtreme has given me a level of hope I can improve my knee problems to a more manageable point. I still work full time, if my knees get a little better I'll be riding that dirtbike again too. To put it in simple terms try this stuff, it's working for me.

I typically use Veterinary Liniment Gel for sore muscle & joint pain relief which does give me moderate relief but it wasn't helping at all with my upper left arm & sore neck. Then I ordered the smallest 3. 3 oz tube of cream they had just to try. At first I didn't really feel any relief but then after 2hrs or more I forgot about and told my wife, wow the pain is 95% gone. I could not believe. Now I ordered a pack of 5 tubes to get a better price because it's not cheap but it is worth it to me. I'm 68 years old in good health and pretty good shape doing a pretty hard workout out 3 times a week and so I get aches & pains from that. I highly recommend everyone try this gel.

I have tried a lot of 'pain creams' that lasted a few minutes but was pleasantly surprised by this cream because it worked right off. Even got the furnace repair man to use some on his back and he stated he could feel it working. I found when I use it, if under my clothes it pays to get dressed right away. The best pain relief seems to come later in pain disappearing completely. It allows me to be able to walk my little dog every day now. The problem now is not to overdue because the pain is less.

I’ve waited a month to write this review to ensure I was giving good feedback. I am an old Physical Therapist, and very pleased the NanoX took the joint pain I’ve been dealing with from a level 7 to a 1. Please note, It did take 2 weeks of consistent use of the NanoX product, along with my therapy to reduce it. What I was most pleased about, was the fact I could stop my oral pain reliever after the first night. The pain was very intense sometimes, and would wake me up. So, to have that sharp pain intensity quickly reduced was very welcoming! So far, the pain has remained low for another 2 weeks without the NanoX. I do a lot of needlework and my hands start aching, especially the joints at the base of my thumbs. This is the first pain cream I have found that actually takes the pain away and keeps working for hours. This is a great product!

This cream really helps my knees, I am able to get out of bed with so much ease and much less pain. I am using it a couple of times during the day so I could walk comfortably. Thank you for this product. It’s amazing.
