No matter where I put this cream on Hands,shoulders,backs, knees etc it works! I highly recommend it for everyone to relieve pain . I use vinyl gloves when applying so I don't get it in my eyes or any other unwanted area. Found out not to take a hot shower with it either or apply heat with it as it intensifies the heat effect of the cream to an undesirable level. It definitely is a powerful pain cream.
